The contract work force outsourced to LATS Solutions, are covered by social security schemes like EPF, ESIC and other statutory regulations. When required, LATS Solutions can also extend to such workforce,“Life Insurance –with Accident Cover” or coverage under Workmen Compensation Act.
Contract-to-hire - Role commitment for a short-term period before getting into the actual job.
Contractual - Short-term working support or assistants for quick turnaround projects.
Seasonal - Open positions to avail during a specific period of the year.
Direct-hire - Filtering suitable in-house candidates for permanent, full-time position requirements.
